Cole Bates has made bicycles his living for 20 years. He founded the website 1lesscar.com and managed a fleet of Chicago pedicabs before managing the Olympia location of a regional bicycle retailer for a decade. He brings a talent for customer service and problem-solving to his work.
André Istari tinkered with bicycles all through his childhood before becoming a Machinist Mate with the U.S. Navy. The end of his tour saw him right back to repairing and reinvigorating bikes of all kinds. He's passionate about extending the life of a bicycle through care and quality workmanship.
Cam Sloan is owner of Race Cascadia and a tireless promoter of mountain and gravel biking throughout the Northwest. When he's not hosting or photographing events, you can find him bombing down the trails of Capitol Forest.
